We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery and only if the product is in the original packaging. Any shipping costs will be at the customers expense.

1 Year manufacturer's defects warranty on the covers.

We estimate that orders  will be ready for local meet/ pickup or shipment within 2-4 weeks of purchase. 

We now offer a local Meet / Pickup option at no cost to customers.  Please select the Local Meet / Pickup option and once your order is ready, we will send you an e-mail and setup a date and time for the pickup. The pickup location will be the Sunrise Centre located at 1400 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2E 4E2.

All other orders will be shipped using Canada Post, UPS/USPS, Purolator, FedEx or Loomis/Canpar.

Once shipped, the estimated time for your product to arrive is 3-9 business days.

The covers are made from Chenille or Faux Suede and are durable and soft to the touch. The covers are machine washable with cold water and must be hung to dry
