What is the difference between the standard size and the 33 series?

Our standard Cheeky Monkey Deluxe play couch and accessories; including our Mammoth Series products have a 32" sizing.  Our 33 Series products have been designed to work with other similar play couch products like the Nugget that have a size of 33"

ex:  Cheeky Monkey Play couch base - 64"long x 32" deep x 5" thick (Cheeky Monkey base folded 32"x32"x10"thick)

                                              33 Series Base - 66" Long x 33" deep x 5" thick (33 Series Base folded 33"x33"x10" thick)

The Cheeky Monkey Play couch is Manufactured in Ontario, Canada.

Where are the materials sourced from?

​

We source all of our materials from local suppliers.  This includes the Foam, Fabric, Cover and packaging materials.

What is the Foam made of?

​

Our Cheeky Monkey Deluxe Play Couch foam is 1.8 lb density with an ILD (Indentation Load Deflection) of 50 and comprised of conventional Polyurethane.  Our Accessory foam is 1.5 lb density with and ILD of 70+ and comprised of conventional Polyurethane.

What are the covers made of?

​

The covers are comprised of Chenille or Faux Suede, Micro Fiber material and are durable and soft to the touch.

 What are the dimensions of the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch?

The Cheeky Monkey Deluxe Play Couch in its Couch position is 32" deep, 64" long and the seat is 10" above the ground

The two bolster pieces are 13"x11"x32"

How long can I keep The Cheeky Monkey Play Couch compressed or in the box?

​

The Cheeky Monkey Play Couch is compressed and tightly packaged for shipment purposes.  The couch must be removed from the box and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.  The less time in the box and packaging, the less time the couch will take to return to it original shape.

How long will it take the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch to come back to its original form from packaging?

​

It could take anywhere from days to a month for the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch to return to full form.  They arrive compressed and tightly packaged and it can take some time for the foam to return to its original state.  Playing with the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch can still occur and may help progress the couch to return to full form.

Will The Cheeky Monkey Play Couch Change over time?

​

We have no current plans to change the design of the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch.  We are always working to design and manufacture additional pieces to improve the experience of relaxing and playing with the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch.  We have tested and enjoyed every part of the couch manufactured to date and know that you will enjoy the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch as well.

Can I wash The Cheeky Monkey Play Couch?

​

The outside covers are made from a durable Chenille or Faux Suede Micro Fiber material.  The covers are machine washable with cold water and must be hung to dry.  We recommend spot cleaning any stains using a water-based cleaning agent.  Use a sponge or soft brush and gently rub the area in a circular motion.  Before placing the cover(s) into the washing machine we recommend that they are right side out and all zippers are closed.  You may find more loose threads inside the cover after being washed.  These threads can be trimmed away and discarded so that you don't have  issues with them getting caught in the zipper when placing the covers back onto the foam.

What is your return policy?

​

We will accept returns only if the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch remains in it's original packaging. Shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

What if my Cheeky Monkey Play Couch is Defective?

In the unlikely event that your Cheeky Monkey Play Couch arrives to you in less than ideal condition, contact us immediately.

Is local pickup available?

​

Yes, we now have Local Meet / Pickup available. 

We estimate that orders will be ready for local meet/ pickup within 2-4 weeks of purchase. 

The Local Meet / Pickup location will be the Sunrise Centre located at 1400 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2E 4E2.

Once your order is ready, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address on file and setup a date and time for the pickup.

Will you ever sell covers separately?

Yes! The Cheeky Monkey Play Couch is specifically designed to be able to remove the covers easily for washing or replacement?

 

Will you add more colours and if a colour is sold out when can I expect them to be back in stock?

​

If a Limited edition colour is sold out, it is likely that it will not come back any time soon.  We plan to offer more colours in the future; however, due to the small size of our company the current colour is all that is available at this time.

Does the zipper match the colour of the Cheeky Monkey Play Couch?
